Dr Williams is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Couldn't ask for a more understanding Dr.

The receptionists are hit and miss. Sometimes you get a lovely helpful one, other times they are rude and dismissive

Just can’t get an appointment unless we do it through our own doctor, and I’m not at Little common surgery I go to old town surgery!!!

I’d be wasting my time !!!

Since the lockdown, it's been very hard to get an appointment with a GP. This appointment was with a phlebotomist - which was a bit easier. Als, the waiting time at the surgery was less than it usually is for a doctor.

In this case, I can't think of anything.

I've been with Old Town surgery for the last 2 years, and really feel they have been a step up from my previous experiences. Doctors: Dr Rubery and Dr Williams- excellent; despite being clearly busy, they've listened and referred me on to secondary care, which has greatly improved my quality of life for a chronic condition. Nurses: I think I've had input from all nurses and HCAs now, and they are so friendly, helpful, efficient (often spotting if I'm due a second visit in the coming week, and getting both appointments done in one go). Reception staff have been helpful and polite (not intrusive with their triage questions, or grumpy when busy), which I sadly can't say at previous surgeries! I recommend this surgery to all my neighbours. Really glad to be on their list.

Really minor: my 4 year old find the recent news headlines on air in the revolution area quite upsetting, so I'd simply have music rather radio if I was making that decision.
